About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions explain how to use the Heading Northwest website and request guided treks, village walks and cultural experiences in Sa Pa, Vietnam.
Read these terms together with the details of your chosen tour and the arrangements confirmed for your booking. Payment method, due dates and any deposit are agreed directly before confirmation; the website does not take online payment.

Website Information
Tour descriptions, photos, durations, walking distances and difficulty levels help you compare experiences. Distances and timings are approximate, and availability is confirmed in response to an enquiry.
Included services, meals and accommodation depend on the chosen tour. Overnight journeys may use simple village homestays. Confirm the accommodation, room arrangements, meals and any additional costs before booking.

Tour Enquiries and Booking Confirmation
Heading Northwest uses a request-to-book process. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place or confirm a tour. We review your request and discuss availability, pricing and proposed arrangements.
A booking is confirmed only when the operator has confirmed availability and the agreed arrangements with you. This website does not provide instant reservations or online payment.

Tour Itineraries and Changes
Mountain weather, trail conditions, safety concerns and local circumstances may require changes to routes, activities or schedules. The operator may adjust a planned itinerary when necessary for safe travel.
Where a significant change is needed, we will discuss the available options where practicable. If the operator cancels because conditions are unsafe, you may choose an alternative available date or a full refund.

Walking Conditions and Personal Preparation
Walking and trekking may involve uneven or slippery ground, changing mountain weather and sustained physical effort. Read the duration, approximate distance, difficulty and preparation notes for your tour, and follow your guide’s safety instructions.
Tell us about relevant mobility, health or dietary needs before arrangements are confirmed. Bring suitable footwear and clothing. Arrange personal travel insurance appropriate to your activities; comprehensive travel or trekking insurance is not stated as included in every tour.

Prices, Payments, and Booking Arrangements
Prices are shown in USD per person. Solo travelers may book individually. The group rate applies when two or more guests book together. Check the selected tour for the services included and any additional costs.

Cancellations and Refunds
For traveler cancellations received 72 hours or more before departure, a full refund applies. From 24 to less than 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Changes depend on availability. If the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions, an alternative available date or a full refund is offered.

Website copy, design and other original material are protected by the rights of their owners or licensors. Third-party photos, fonts and services remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.
